Endura is introducing a product that will repair sills that are damaged on the construction site or from the wear and tear of long time use. On-site damage that occurs to a sill while the home is still under construction is the most common reason for sill damage, scratching or discoloration. However, over time aluminum can become damaged or oxidized and stained from simple over-use of the entrance way or from reaction to cleaning chemicals which leaves unacceptable marks on the sill deck. Endura’s solution for easy field repair to damaged aluminum decks is to fit and place a fresh piece of aluminum on top of the damaged sill.

All Aluminum Sills have traditionally been utilized in temperate market areas as well as those with extreme heat conditions, and have long suffered from outdated designs and a poor performance. The Z Series All Aluminum Sill (ZAA) completely updates existing designs with many of the patented features and benefits of the Z Series All Composite Sill.

Endura has made an addition to the Foam Outswing Extender Family. The 2” foam extender is now available for both the Z-Plus and Z-Classic styles. The extenders are items Endura attaches to convert 5-13/16” Outswing sills to 7-13/16". As part of the production system for an order containing Outswing Extenders, Endura attaches the extender in place of the nosing on the Z-Series sill.

To further meet our customer’s needs, Endura has enhanced the FEN sill, which as a full substrate that yields additional support and a full caulking area without any extra cost to the customer.

This replacement product, FEN, has a full substrate instead of a block substrate as found on the current BEN sill. The new full substrate will yield additional support and full caulking area without any extra cost to the customer.
