Greensboro, NC - September 18th, 2007 - FrameSaver protects the base of exterior door frames against rot and is backed by the strongest warranty available in the market.  Builders and homeowners alike recognize the value of the product and the strength behind this lifetime warranty.  Builders using FrameSaver have asked that the product be easily identified so that the value of the product and the warranty that they are putting into homes they build is evident.

Now FrameSaver will be easily recognized; it will carry an unobtrusive stamp on the base of the stop that reiterates the rot-proof guarantee.  A market survey of customers showed strong approval of the product marking because it differentiates FrameSaver in the rot-proof door frame segment.

The debossed area is primed and ready to paint just like the rest of the frame.  It quickly gives the builder and the homeowner confirmation that they have FrameSaver protecting the bases of their door frames.  The base is where rot begins because wood wicks moisture from the end just as a tree would from the roots.  By protecting the frame with FrameSaver, moisture is not wicked into the frame and rot is eliminated.  The debossment can be further sanded and painted so that it is even less obtrusive if required.

The debossing of FrameSaver will begin with product that is shipped from the North Carolina plant immediately.  The Texas plant will begin the project later in the year.
