Description

A rapidly growing manufacture in the building components industry is seeking an individual who has the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. This candidate must be capable of self-direction, tact, diplomacy and demonstrate a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with clientele. Effective oral communication skills are essential, as well as, the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department. The position will report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for internal and external customers for the reporting of status of jobs already in progress.
• Assist with daily operations of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Contribute to the development and execution of product training modules for internal and external use. 
• Hands on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium handling.
• Responsible for tracking invoices and expenses against budget and preparing reports for the Marketing Manager on fiscal status.
• May staff trade shows and promotional events as needed.
• Responsible for managing inventory of in-house premiums and fulfillment needs.

Requirements and Experience

• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communications skills i.e. writing/editing with ability to work in a fast pace environment is a must.
• Experience in graphics preferred along with knowledge of spreadsheets.
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience.
• A 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications required.
